So This Happened

The chief of police in Surgoinsville, Tennessee bore witness to the most unusual thing he's seen in his 17 year career as a law enforcement officer on Tuesday morning. According to James Hammonds, he was patrolling the parking lot of Surgoinsville Riverfront Park around 9:30am when he noticed a man in a silver Dodge minivan.
The man, who was later identified as David James Kimbrough, reportedly walked right past Hammonds in the unmarked patrol car. Kimbrough then walked to the fishing pier and allegedly exposed himself while performing a sex act. “He didn’t know I was a police officer,” Hammonds said. “He thought I was just another person who pulled up and was going to sit there a few minutes. He knew he was doing it in front of an audience. He walked on to the fishing pier like he’d walked onto a stage and was putting on a performance.” Kimbrough, 43, Pressman’s Home Road, Rogersville, was walking back to his van when he noticed Hammonds was a police officer calling him over to the unmarked car. That’s when Hammonds discovered the performance included wardrobe and props. “He had panties rolled up to make it look like he had breasts, and I shook them out,” Hammonds said. “When I cuffed him and started to have him sit in the car, that’s when he told me he had to get something out. He said he had an enema up his rectum.” Hammonds added, “I didn’t believe him, so I pulled his pants back a little and he was wearing pantyhose and thong panties. I said, ‘There isn’t anything down there’, and he said, ‘It’s hurting. I’ve got to get it out’. So, I removed the cuffs and allowed him to retrieve it himself to keep from having to take him to the hospital and get it removed.” Hammonds admitted that he has never been involved in a case this unusual. “This one took the cake,” he said.

Henry Clay Johnson Jr., of Baker, Florida, is facing five counts of aggravated battery using a deadly weapon, elderly abuse and fleeing and eluding after he deliberately rammed vehicles during multiple hit-and-run collisions on Monday. The 30-year-old told authorities he was attempting to "rid his town of evil people and that he did not like their kind."
According to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, they received calls of a road rage incident around 11 a.m. Monday morning which involved a man in a green Chevrolet truck following cars and rear-ending them. The first victim, a 60-year old Crestview resident, told authorities she was driving a red Cadillac DTS northbound on State Road 85 when Johnson accelerated and hit the rear of her vehicle. The victim said when she pulled over to the side of the road, Johnson stopped, walked back to her car, and told her “I don’t like your kind and get out of town.” A second victim, a 42-year old Crestview resident, say he noticed Johnson’s fast moving truck coming up behind him while he traveled north in his black Mitsubishi Lancer. The man said Johnson followed and tailgated him as the he changed lanes in an attempt to get away. He says Johnson continued to speed up and strike his car, causing him to lose traction and fishtail before he regained control and turned off the highway. The third victim, a 26-year old Crestview man driving a black Honda Civic, says he was also rammed twice from behind by Johnson, and nearly lost control of his vehicle just north of the Shoal River Bridge. An OCSO deputy responding to the calls says he attempted to pull Johnson over, however, the suspect swerved and intentionally hit a black Dodge Ram truck being driven by a 52-year old Milton resident who was traveling with a passenger. According to the deputy, Johnson then ran a red light and made a U-turn before eventually pulling into the parking lot of Captain D’s restaurant where he was taken into custody without incident. Officials say the elderly passenger traveling in the vehicle with Johnson attempted to stop him from striking the other cars. The passenger was transported to North Okaloosa Medical Center due to emotional trauma. The driver of the Honda Civic was taken to NOMC for treatment of injuries. Two other victims say they planned to seek medical treatment as well.

WWE Flashback: Wendy Attempts to Interview NY Governor David Paterson

In between playing the same songs for the umpteenth time and celebrity gossip, Wendy took a few moments to talk politics with then-governor of New York, David Paterson. Paterson, who is legally blind, became the first African American governor of the state after Eliot Spitzer resigned in the wake of a prostitution scandal. (Sidebar: The Madam at the center of the scandal sat down with Wendy for an interview.) Paterson, who was Spitzer's lieutenant governor, was sworn in as governor and served for two years. Any who, Paterson wasn't able to the make it to the studio this day for the interview with Wendy, so it was done over the phone. That didn't go well. The call was disconnected several times, which prompted Wendy to wonder if he was doing it on purpose or "holding the phone upside down." Eventually, he was able to get through and the two talked student loans, the Rockefeller Drug Laws and the governor told a funny story about the time he went to "see" Alicia Keys in concert.

Crazy Person Who Engaged in 5-Hour Shootout With Officers Gives Insane Jailhouse Interview

Titus Nathan Colbert, 33, is facing charges premeditated attempted murder of a peace officer and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon after a shootout with police in San Diego last week. (He faces 105 years to life in prison if convicted.) According to police, Titus' ex-girlfriend called 911 telling them he broke into her apartment. When officers arrived, Titus fired multiple rounds from an AK-47 at them. The standoff lasted five hours. During this time, several schools went on lockdown and flights were suspended at a nearby airport. Prior to surrendering to police, Titus threw a revolver and a rifle out of the apartment onto the courtyard below. A subsequent search of the residence turned up another rifle and 17 shell casings were recovered inside the apartment. At his initial hearing, Titus told the judge he stood for a "new world order" and would not be subjected to "criminal abuse." He was eventually kicked out of the courtroom. Which led us to this jailhouse interview. When pressed by the reporter, Titus proclaims he didn't shoot at the officers and he's "a very peaceful man." And about his ex-girlfriend, whom he says is a prostitute, he says he was at the apartment because "She was letting individuals get free time … Individuals can't get free time with my girl." And then there's this: "I'm one of the illuminated ones, an individual that runs with individuals like Benjamin Franklin … He comes in and out of my spirit. We do spiritual things like inhale fire." Okuurrrr. Boy bye!

Once arrested, they will be charged with third-degree sexual abuse and face a maximum fine of $100,000 and up to 10 years in prison. If you know their whereabouts, call (202) 727-9099. He says he feared the two women, whom he, like us, think are men, was trying to rob him. He says he initially was embarrassed to show his face and he sees himself as an advocate for male victims of sexual assault. "You know what it is so funny? Like right now, I don't think it has anything to do with courage," he says. "I am like, I am so comfortable because I know the truth. I didn't commit a crime. I didn't do anything wrong, so I have nothing to worry about. It is not about me being afraid or not afraid or embarrassed or not embarrassed. I am speaking the truth. Maybe it will help someone else in the future." Whatever, girl and how you doing!

Here's the interview:

Sidebar: One of the women, Ayanna Marie Knight, 22, of Las Vegas, has been arrested and charged with third-degree sexual abuse. The other suspect, 23-year-old Marjorie Charles remains on the loose.

Man Beats Daughter With Hanger Because She Didn't Bring Home Enough Halloween Candy

Brian Blair of Racine, Wisconsin man is facing child abuse and drug charges after police say he beat his teenage daughter because she didn't get enough candy while trick-or-treating.

The criminal complaint charges the 33-year-old man with child abuse and cocaine possession stemming from a complaint last Sunday. According to the complaint, the girl walked to her grandmother's home on Nov. 1 to escape from her father. The girl told investigators that she had been struck repeatedly with a plastic clothes hanger because she "failed to bring back enough candy from trick-or-treating." Investigators noted that she also had marks from a prior whipping incident. The girl said she was whipped with a phone charger cord on her thighs and hands a few days earlier. The girl's sister told investigators that her father had also hit her with a clothes hanger. The grandmother of the girls told police that the man had been physically abusing the girls since he was released from federal prison one year ago. She told investigators that the man had been calling her that night in search of the girls. "I'm going to beat the hell out of them when they get here," he reportedly told her. The man was taken into police custody, where 3.5 grams of cocaine was found in his pocket. He could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted of the enhanced maximums of each count against him.

He remains jailed on $2000 bond. With the prospect of Brian going back to prison for up to 15 years years, his aunt is speaking out, saying he's a good man and his daughters are liars. "He's a good father, those girls have a lot of issues, as you would if you had two parents who are in and out of the prison system," Denise told a WDJT. "As a Christian I wouldn't allow that to go on and take place and not know of it and not say anything." As for the marks on the girls' bodies that are consistent with a beatdown? "I can't tell where those [marks] came from," Denise says. "But if he's supposed to be beating both of the girls wouldn't they both have bruises on them? He disciplines them I'm sure, but I've never seen him beat them. I think every parent is allowed to discipline their child." And by "discipline" what is she inferring? Beatings! So she doesn't see him beating his kids but she's sure it happens. Girl.

Man Leaves 5-year-old Granddaughter Alone in Desert with Loaded Gun, Tells Her to 'Shoot Bad Guys'

This gentleman ^^^ is facing child abuse and endangerment charges after police say he left his 5-year-old granddaughter alone in the desert with only a loaded and ready-to-fire .45-caliber handgun and told her "shoot any bad guys." Paul Armand Rater, 53, of Buckeye, Arizona, took his granddaughter for a ride in his new pickup early Sunday afternoon in the desert outside Buckeye (about 30 miles from Phoenix) but it got stuck. The girl was reported missing four hours later. Paul says he left the girl under a tree with the pistol when she couldn't walk anymore. He couldn't call for help because he had left his cell phone at home. "I got stuck. I got buried and I couldn't get out," he says. "So, I walk with my granddaughter, ... dammit. Alright. So, I walk with my granddaughter. She was crying, pissing and moaning cause she got tired. She wanted to take a nap and so I put her under a shade tree. I put my gun down because I didn’t want to carry it." He says he eventually circled back looking for the girl, but he became thirsty. He left the desert and went to a bar, had a drink, had a hamburger, according to police. He also didn’t bother to tell anyone there was a 5-year-old child missing in the desert. "Only reason why I got something to eat was I hadn’t eaten in six hours. I drank two sodas and then I started drinking beer because I don’t like soda, so, I was dehydrated," Paul says. Five hours later, a search crew located the girl after hearing a small voice respond to people calling her name. The child, who was unharmed, was holding the firearm when she was found. It was fully loaded, with one round in the chamber and the hammer locked back, according to a probable-cause statement.

Here's Paul explaining to a judge what happened, as he remembers it.
