A New Jersey woman was in court today facing a disorderly conduct charge after she cursed out a middle school principal. Cindy Schwalb tells My 9 News in NYC, a boy pulled down her 13-year-old daughter's sweatpants in front of other students and when she went to a school board seminar about bullying she felt her daughter's case wasn't given the attention she felt it deserved. good for her! i would be very upset too! i dont think she should have been arrested, the 13 year old should, just to scare the crap out of him so he doesnt keep pulling pants down on girls.
