What's that smell? Weed and human waste!
Last week in Arizona, cops stopped a septic truck that had an invalid license plate and an invalid commercial markings. After getting permission from the driver, 24-year-old Leonard Salcido -- who is also the truck's registered owner -- to search the vehicle, cops found 743 pounds marijuana wrapped up in orange and red bales in the septic truck's holding tank. The weed has a street value of $409,000.
Leonard (pictured, inset) is not the brightest bulb in the box. Feces may mask the smell of weed, but an invalid license plate will not prevent cops from pulling you over.

He has been jailed and charged with possession and transporting marijuana.
