Group Gives Drug Addicts $300 To Stop Having Babies

A controversial California-based birth control organization was spreading its message in Hawaii yesterday. Project Prevention hopes to lessen or eradicate the number of children born to the homeless and/or crack heads and they are willing to put their money where their mouth is.

Once the drug addict (or homeless drug addict) undergoes the "medical procedure" and provides proof they're sterile, they're given $300 cash to blow on, well, blow.
