This 5-Months Pregnant Lady Swallowed Copious Amounts of Meth During Traffic Stop

Misty Wilkes was arrested in Robersdale, Alabama this week and charged with chemical endangerment of a child, drug possession and tampering with evidence after cops say she swallowed an unknown amount of methamphetamine during a traffic stop. Cops say they found a rolling meth lab in Misty's -- who's 5 months pregnant -- car. She was taken to a local hospital via ambulance where she spent three days. Doctors were able to determine her unborn baby was not harmed due to the drugs. After she was discharged from the hospital, she was taken directly to jail.

This Lady Mowed Down a Police Officer With Her Car During Traffic Stop

Last Friday, an officer from the Auburn Hills, Michigan police department pulled over 22-year-old Brianna Smart, whom he suspected was driving with a suspended license. According to newly-released dash cam video and transcripts of a traffic stop, Officer Martin Mikolajczak turned on his lights and following a Chrysler Concord to a BP gas station around 2:00 a.m. October 23. He asks Brianna for her license and she told him it's at her friend's home. The officer then asked her to step out of the vehicle. She exits the vehicle while holding her cell phone, which is on speaker with a man on the other line. The officer asks her to leave her phone inside. She refused to leave the phone in the car, telling the ma: "I don't even know why he pulled me over, he didn't tell me why. What was the reason you pulled me over?" The officer then reach for the phone and Brianna tells him: "Excuse me, don't touch me, sir." He then proceeds to put her hands behind her back in an attempt to arrest her. "He's putting hands on me, Jaylen," she tells the man on the phone. "Jaylen, he's touching me. He's hurt…he's hitting me. Jaylen, you need to come up here." The video doesn't show -- nor is there any evidence to suggest -- the officer hitting her. Brianna was able to get back into the vehicle and after a brief physical struggle, she backs out at a high rate of speed, hitting Officer Mikolajczak and knocking him to the ground. She then speeds off. (The officer was not seriously injured.) The vehicle was located about half a mile away. Brianna was arrested later that morning and charged with fleeing and eluding and resisting and assaulting a police officer. She remains jailed on $75,000 bond.

Man Admits to Burning Down Ex-Girlfriend's Home, Prosecutor Drops Charges, Sets Him Free

A 30-year-old man from Belleville, Michigan was charged with arson after admitting to burning down his ex-girlfriend’s house on Oct. 12, but that charge was dropped by the prosecutor’s office. Theresa Mayo say Jeffery Rochor -- who's the father of her two daughters -- left her voicemails threatening to kill her and burn down her house. Surveillance footage from a local store show him buying a gas can and gasoline. Fifteen minutes later, Theresa's home was engulfed in flames and everything destroyed. Jeffery confessed to investigators that he caused the fire, by pouring gasoline through a window onto a bed and used a $1 bill to light the bed on fire. No one was home at the time. He told investigators he burned the home down as retaliation because Theresa accused him of abusing their daughters. He was charged with arson and held on a $500,000 bond, but curiously the charge was dropped and Jeffery was released. Now Theresa fears her life is in danger.

Man in Blonde Wig Barges Into Schools, Demands to Sing Justin Bieber Songs Over Intercom

D'laontie Dee Lewis is clearly troubled. But and however, the 26-year-old West Virginia man is facing disorderly conduct and trespassing charges after walking into a middle school and a kindergarten and asked to sing Justin Bieber songs over the intercom. According to police, D'laontie entered the Dunbar Middle School (his alma matter) on Tuesday and went into the office while the morning announcements were being made. He told administrators he wanted to sing Justin Bieber songs to students. The school was placed on lockdown and cops were called. When cops arrived they arrested D'laontie -- who family members say was off his meds -- and took him to a hospital. (He was charged with simple possession of marijuana. He says it was oregano.) He then walked out of the hospital into the Kiddie Kollege Daycare located inside a church and tried to sing Justin Bieber songs again. Employees say they asked him to leave many times, but he refused, saying he "wanted to speak to the children as Justin Bieber and stating that he could see them because he was Jesus." On his way to jail, he attempted to explain his actions by saying: "Singing to kids make them smarter." D'laontie needs to take his meds.

Lady Cuts Pacemaker Out of Boyfriend's Chest, Insists She Didn't Kill Him

Christy Lee Zarrella, 63, of Long Beach, Mississippi is facing charges of tampering with evidence, failure to report a death and desecration of a corpse for cutting a pacemaker out of her dead boyfriend's chest before putting his body in a trash can.

Investigators went to the home Oct. 22 looking for Miller but said no one answered the door. They found his remains when they noticed an odor coming from a trash can. Beeman said the trash can was partially melted and had burn marks. Several empty bleach bottles were found inside it, indicating an attempt to mask the smell of decay. Police confronted Zarrella after she came home later that day. She spontaneously told them, "I didn't kill him," Beeman said. In interviews at the police station, she reportedly said Miller had died Oct. 5 of natural causes. She said she panicked and put his body in a large, wheeled trash can and rolled it outside, Beeman said. Two investigators attended Miller's autopsy in Jackson. The state medical examiner told them wire clippers or a similar tool had been used to cut the wires off his heart device, Beeman said. The affidavit did not say how Miller died or what could have been used to cut the device out of his chest. The cause and manner of his death remain under investigation, Harrison County coroner Gary Hargrove said Wednesday. The day of the discovery, those collecting evidence were seen gathering items including a hand drill. Police had also arrested Zarrella on a misdemeanor charge of failing to report a death.

Cop Who Pulled Woman Over, Asked to Smell, Lick Her Feet Gets 1 Year in Jail

A former Cy-Fair Independent School District police officer who asked a woman to give up her underwear and display her feet for him to smell and lick to get out of an arrest pleaded guilty last week to official oppression and was sentenced to a year in jail. The incident occurred on Aug. 11, 2014. According to investigators, Patrick Quinn stopped the woman and told her her car insurance was expired, and he smelled marijuana in her vehicle. He had the woman sit in the back of his school district patrol car while he searched her vehicle. He informed her that he found drug paraphernalia inside and threatened to arrest her, but then offered her options to get out of the arrest. During the search, he told the woman he had a foot fetish and if she allowed him to smell and lick her feet, he would let her go. She obeyed but then he didn't perform the act and asked for her underwear instead. The woman told him she actually had on athletic shorts underneath and offered it to him. He didn't accept it and let her go. The woman reported the incident to authorities the next day. A subsequent investigation by the district attorney found out Patrick stopped and subjected three additional people to sexual comments and demands.

85-year-old Jewel Thief Who Robbed Stores on Two Continents Over 6 Decades Jailed, Again

This ^^^ international jewel thief is back in jail. Doris Payne, 85, was arrested at Phipps Plaza mall in Atlanta last weekend after swiping a pair of Christian Dior earrings from Saks. She's also wanted for stealing a $33,000 ring from David Yurman Jewelers in Charlotte, NC last July. Police say Doris has committed countless thefts over six decades in the United States and Europe and has discussed her exploits in media interviews over the years.

A store security guard watching surveillance video saw Payne enter a Christian Dior boutique inside the department store and take the earrings from a standing shelf before quickly leaving, the police report says. She was arrested in the mall, and the earrings were found in her pocket, the report says. She faces a charge of theft by shoplifting and was booked into the Fulton County jail. She is also wanted on a warrant for a similar offense by the sheriff’s office in Mecklenberg County, North Carolina, and will face extradition, police said. [...] When she was 23, she walked out of a Pittsburgh jewelry store with a diamond valued at $22,000, kicking off a criminal career that would land her behind bars multiple times, including a nearly five-year prison stint in Colorado, she told The Associated Press in 2005. She developed a winning strategy — dressing nicely, carrying a designer handbag and arming herself with a detailed story — that she used to charm jewelry store employees. Faced with a well-to-do woman with money to spend, store employees would relax their rules and bring out multiple high-value pieces at once, and Payne would quickly slip the expensive baubles on and off until the employee lost track and she could easily leave with one in hand. Through the years, authorities have said she has used at least 22 aliases and probably got away with her crimes more often than she got caught. The Jewelers’ Security Alliance, an industry trade group, sent out bulletins as early as the 1970s warning about her. Payne is truly in a league of her own in the pantheon of jewel thieves, Jewelers’ Security Alliance president John J. Kennedy said. “It’s extraordinarily rare for a criminal to have that lengthy of a career,” he said. “Usually they either stop because they have enough money and they don’t want the risk anymore, or they’re dead.” Kennedy said people often ask him about her, fascinated and even amused by the story of this elderly woman who has committed so many thefts. “We’re all laughing, but it’s not funny,” he said. “She goes in and she takes product from people, and it causes a lot of grief for people.” In a 2005 jailhouse interview with The Associated Press in Las Vegas, Payne remembered her exploits with amusement, throwing back her head and laughing. She stole diamonds because they were easiest, she said, and she was in it for the game, not the money. “I’ve had regrets, and I’ve had a good time,” she told the AP. She also said in that interview that she was done stealing — at age 75, it was time to stop. Multiple arrests later, in the summer of 2013, she told Matthew Pond, a documentary filmmaker who had chronicled her life, that she wouldn’t steal again, according to a report in the Los Angeles Times two years ago. Kennedy, for one, wasn’t surprised to hear about her latest arrest. “I have long said that she is a career criminal, and I doubt if she has any interest whatsoever in stopping,” he said. “When you’re that age and you’re still doing it, you’re not about to stop.”

A potentially catastrophic landfall is expected Friday evening as a very powerful and dangerous Hurricane Patricia moves towards Mexico's Pacific coast. Hurricane Patricia became the most powerful tropical cyclone ever measured in the Western Hemisphere on Friday morning as its maximum sustained winds reached an unprecedented 200 mph. The eye of Patricia is expected to move onshore either late Friday afternoon or Friday evening as a category 5 hurricane in the Mexican state of Jalisco, which includes the popular coastal resort city of Puerto Vallarta as well as the inland metropolis of Guadalajara, Mexico's second-largest city. Massive destruction is expected. Patricia also poses problems for Texas, with forecasters saying that even after the storm breaks, up its tropical moisture will likely feed heavy rains already soaking the state. Patricia's power is comparable to that of Typhoon Haiyan, which left more than 7,300 dead or missing in the Philippines in 2013, according to the U.N.'s World Meteorological Organization. More than 4 million people were displaced and over 1 million houses were destroyed or damaged in 44 provinces in the central Visayas region, a large cluster of islands.

Meanwhile, in Florida

Curtis Williams, 29, of Gainesville -- with the help of his girlfriend, Shakayla Taylor, 21 -- kidnapped the mother of his child (Natasha Jones) from a college campus then drove her to his girlfriend's apartment approximately 535 miles away in Harvey, Louisiana.

The woman disappeared after leaving class at City College in Gainesville around 10 a.m. on Monday. Classmates reported that she left behind her books, a cell phone, her purse and other personal property, according to the Alachua County Sheriff's Office in Florida. Williams had approached the woman from behind, put her in a rear chokehold, pulled out a pistol and told her to come with him or he would kill her, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office arrest report said. He forced her into a nearby Ford Mustang driven by Taylor, the report said. Williams' girlfriend began to drive to the New Orleans area while he continued to point the gun at the mother of his child. A short time later, the woman contacted a classmate and asked if she would pick up her child from day care. But the woman did not explain why or how long she would be gone. When asked if she was in danger, the woman told the classmate, "Yes," the Alachua County Sheriff's Office said. During the drive to Louisiana, the woman reported that Taylor goaded Williams, telling him he should just kill her, the arrest report said. The couple argued heatedly, with Taylor holding firm that Williams should end the woman's life, the report said. But Williams told his girlfriend that he did not want his child to grow up without a mother and a father. At some point during the trip, Williams raped the woman while Taylor waited in the vehicle, the Jefferson Parish arrest report said. The three eventually arrived at Taylor's apartment, 2700 Whitney Ave., Harvey.

Early Tuesday morning, sheriff deputies established contact with Natasha via cellphone. To make sure her captors didn't realize what was happening, the deputy on the phone with Natasha pretended to be a doctor calling about the baby while officials traced the call. She told police she had been injured and Curtis was holding her at gunpoint. Using an emergency trace, the investigators tracked her call to her location. Authorities then swooped down on the apartment and arrested Curtis Tuesday morning as he walked outside. Inside the apartment, investigators found Natasha and treated her for her injuries. Curtis and Shakayla were charged with kidnapping. Curtis was also booked with being a fugitive from another jurisdiction where he will be booked with kidnapping and felony battery once extradited.

Woman Bites Off Teen's Tongue During Attempted Sexual Assault

A 16-year-old sex assault suspect's tongue was bitten off by his victim last Friday in North Charleston, South Carolina. Antoine Tremane Miller has been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, first-degree assault, first-degree battery, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and first-degree kidnapping. He's being charged as an adult. The 33-year-old victim told police she was awakened by a knock at her door around 6:30am. When she went to the door, no one was outside and she returned to bed. The woman said she answered the door two more times after hearing a knock and a ring. According to a police report, when the woman went outside to respond to the ring, she saw the teenager on the side of her house, holding a knife with a white handle against his chest. The woman told police she screamed and tried to run back in the house, but Antoine forced his way inside her home, tackled her, and punched her several times. He reportedly told her, "Stop fighting and I won't hurt you." He then asked the woman where the bedroom was, picked her up and took her to the bedroom. Once at the bedroom, the woman said the Antoine attempted to take her shorts off, but she kicked him in the groin to stop him. At that point, the victim said Antoine told her "Now you have to die!" and forced his tongue in her mouth. She told police when Antoine put his tongue in her mouth she "bit his tongue as hard as she could until she heard it snap." That'll learn him. She then got up and ran, throwing the severed tongue on the kitchen floor. The woman said she got into her car and drove until she found an open store so that she could call police. Investigators say the woman had a visible bruise around her right eye with swelling, and had scratches under her left knee and on top of her left foot. Meanwhile, Antoine was found at a nearby Waffle House restaurant after his mother called 911 due to her son "not having a tongue and needing medical assistance." Police say the severed tongue was located by crime scene and placed into a bag of ice. A knife with a white handle was found in the victim's yard.

Meanwhile, in Florida

The driver of a car who hit and killed a teenager in Jacksonville Sunday night tweeted about the accident just after it happened. Trevius Williams, 16, died after being hit by a Hyundi Accent as he was crossing the street around 8:30pm. The driver of the vehicle -- identified as 19-year-old Keenan Mikel Slaughter -- tweeted a photo of the boy's dead body along with the caption: "I jus killed a man...". Police say Keenan didn't leave the scene and have cooperated with investigators. He told investigators, though, he didn't know who took the photo. Liar! At the time of this writing, he hasn't been charged with the crime.

Here's Video of a Man Running Onto Runway to Stop Plane After Missing Flight

A 58-year-old man who ran onto a ramp at Denver International Airport to stop a departing plane because he was late for a flight to his 40th high school reunion in Ohio pleaded guilty on Monday and was sentenced to to two years probation and 100 hours of community service. Marc Rehmar, 58, pleaded guilty to an added count of criminal tampering for opening an emergency exit. Due to the plea deal, the other two charges against him, endangering public transportation and hindering public transportation, were dropped. According to prosecutors, Marc chased down the driver of a tug that was pushing back an airplane, forcing the driver to stop. He then "insisted on boarding the aircraft," a probably cause statement says. Authorities say Marc pushed open a secure emergency exit because he was late for the flight. The door triggered an alarm and airport employees and Denver police responded.

Man Dances on Roof of Burning Home After Stealing, Crashing Ex-Girlfriend's Car into Pole

We don't know if this person is mentally ill or just batshit crazy, but that's something he'll need to work that out with to his therapist while behind bars. Earlier this morning in Indianapolis, police say 25-year-old Matthew Russ stole his ex-girlfriend's keys from her house, took her car and crashed it into a pole. He then went into a home nearby and set it on fire. When officers arrived, he was sitting in a chair in the driveway holding a knife. He then made himself onto the roof of the home, which was engulfed in flames, and began to dance to music playing in his head. Cops fired rubber bullets to subdue him, but Matthew -- who officers later said is known to have anger issues -- retreated back into the house. He was eventually Tasered and taken into custody.

Surveillance camera caught the man breaking into the business on October 10. He hid behind a cardboard box and stole stole money and a candy machine. Meanwhile, in Florida

A man and woman from Jacksonville, Florida, have been arrested after officials say they prolonged a standoff with police in order to have sex. Police say they responded Wednesday night to a mobile home in search of 34-year-old Ryan Patrick Bautista, who was wanted on several warrants. Police say five adults were inside the home at the time. Two women were allowed to leave not long after police arrived, but a third woman was detained by Ryan and Leanne Hunn, 30, who dragged her to a back bedroom and held her down. She was eventually allowed to leave but Ryan and Leanna refused to leave the trailer, leading to a 7-hour standoff. Police say they tried to use the loud speakers on their cruisers and a telephone to make contact with the couple inside the trailer for about 45 minutes. During one of those phone calls, Leanne told police she would give up, but that she wanted to have sex with Ryan "one last time." Eventually the SWAT team team arrived and the couple was taken into custody. They are charged with resisting arrest and false imprisonment. A third man inside the home, Michael Forte, 34, who was wanted for armed burglary, was also arrested.

Man Sentenced to 1 Year in Prison For Propositioning Man For Sex

Ronald Shannon Sosebee, 38, of Brevard, N.C. was sentenced to 12 months and one day in federal prison for sexually touching and propositioning another person without that person’s permission. Once released from prison, the judge ordered Ronald serve a lifetime of supervised release and he must register as a sex offender. According to court documents, Ronald approached a male hiker, who was resting after hiking on a trail near the Pisgah National Forest, in June 2014. Prosecutors say Ronald asked the male hiker if they could hike down the trail together, to which the victim agreed, and the two proceeded to walk, crossing into the forest. A short time later, according to prosecutors, Ronald made an unsolicited sexual remark and touched the victim sexually without permission. The victim resisted Ronald's sexual contact, ran toward his campsite and reported the incident to law enforcement. Ronald subsequently pleaded guilty to engaging in sexual contact with another person without that other person’s permission. He was sentenced Thursday.

This Lady Says a Cab Driver Has Been Texting Her Pictures of His Junk

A woman from Shreveport, Louisiana says a cab driver who picked her up twice from her home, started sending her unwanted texts -- including pictures of his johnson. According to Diana Gray,  the unwarranted texts began in August. She now fears her life is in danger because the cabbie knows her name and address. "I have to look over my shoulders every time I come out my house," she says. The cab driver, who worked for Yellow Checker Cab until he was fired because of this incident. He reportedly admitted to the cab company to sending Diana the dick pic, but said he sent it to the wrong number and it was a mistake. Police are investigating Diana's claims, but she had to call up the local news, too. Um, duh!

'America's Next Top Model' Canceled After 12 Years

After 12 years and 22 cycles (and drama!), “America’s Next Top Model” is bidding TV screens adieu. The show, which is hosted and produced by supermodel Tyra Banks, will air its series finale on December 4. “‘America’s Next Top Model’ was a successful franchise for two networks, first at UPN and then The CW, and it became not just a ratings hit, but a global pop culture phenomenon,” Mark Pedowitz, president of The CW, said in a statement. Tyra took to Instagram to thank the fans who had followed the show. “Our diehard fans know we’ve expanded the definition of beauty, presented what Flawsome is, tooched and booched and boom boom boomed, shown the world how to show their neck, rocked couture/catalogue/commercial poses, have found our (and your) light, strutted countless runways, gone on tons of go-sees, added guys to the girls mix, and have traveled around the globe and back again,” she wrote. “I am SO proud of what Top Model has done.”

Transgender Man Arrested For Identity Theft, Booked Into Women's Jail

Terry Turner -- who is a transgender man -- was arrested last Thursday in Memphis, Tennessee and mistakenly placed in the women's jail. His family says his civil rights were violated which to us means they are mulling a lawsuit against the city, state, governor, jail and/or jailers -- because that's the American way. Sherita Turner says her brother is a transgender man, but officers thought he was a woman. She says Terry told her he informed jailers several times during processing that he was a man but ignored him and placed him in the women's jail anyway. "On the picture for the warrant he is dressed like a woman and it said female, but he was telling them all along that he was a man," Sherita says."They just have to admit they made a big mistake. 'Dance Moms' Star Abby Lee Miller Charged with Bankruptcy Fraud; She Hid Assets, Lied About Income

“Dance Moms” star Abigale "Abby" Lee Miller has been charged with hiding $775,000 worth of income from the Lifetime network reality show and spinoff projects during her Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The 50-year-old was indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on charges of bankruptcy fraud, concealment of bankruptcy assets, and false bankruptcy declarations. According to the indictment (which you can read, below), after filing a Petition to Reorganize her dance studio in December 2010, Abby then schemed to defraud the bankruptcy court by concealing income she earned between 2012 and 2013 from her performances on the reality TV show “Dance Moms” and related spinoff TV shows as well as from masterclass dance sessions and merchandise and apparel sales. The indictment alleges that Abby created bank accounts to hide the income and instructed others to conceal certain income from the bankruptcy court and Trustee. It's also alleged that Abby made numerous false declarations in monthly operating reports which did not report certain income or underreported certain other business income. The indictment further alleges Abby concealed income totaling approximately $755,492.85 from the Trustee and creditors and gained favorable terms to restructure debt from her fraudulent acts. If found guilty, she faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine or both for each count of the indictment.

Lamar Odom Found Unconscious, Unresponsive at Brothel After 3 Days of Partying

Former NBA player Lamar Odom was taken to a Las Vegas hospital Tuesday after he was found unconscious at a brothel in Nevada. The media director at Dennis Hof's Bunny Ranch in Crystal, Nevada called 911 about 3:15 p.m., reporting Lamar was experiencing a "medical emergency" and was unresponsive. The 35-year-old was transported to Desert View Hospital in Pahrump (about 20 miles away). According to the Sheriff's office, Lamar -- who's 6-feet-10-inches tall and around 230 pounds -- couldn't be airlifted to Las Vegas by helicopter because of his stature. Lamar, who has publicly struggled with drug and alcohol problems in the past, is said to be suffering from organ failure and is in a coma.

According to the folks over at TMZ, Lamar arrived at the brothel alone Saturday. “Lamar Odom calls me on Saturday wanting to hang out for a few days to ‘have some fun,'" Dennis Hof, who owns the brothel, told CNN. "I have a home attached to the Love Ranch and offered it up to Lamar. He was having a ‘good time’ at the Ranch and everything was great. Again, Sunday everything was good but Lamar was a bit somber because people were calling and bothering him. To my knowledge, there were no drugs involved, Lamar was eating well and was just healthy. At [6 a.m.] Tuesday morning the 'girls' [said] goodbye to him because he seemed to be going to sleep. Around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, two girls, Ryder Cherry and Madison, [went] to check up on him and he's unconscious. They immediately call 911 and dispatch tells the girls to roll him over on his left side and [he] starts to puke. He was totally unconscious. The girls and staff [rushed] him out on the ambulance. The police didn't find any illegal drugs on him. [H]e was taking A LOT of herbal Viagra. When they took him to the Pahrump hospital, the people there told us, 'He doesn't look good. He doesn't look like he'll make it and if he does he won't be the same.'” Dennis told another reporter Lamar took “upwards of 10 herbal Viagras." Which, is A LOT! The pills are sold in single-serve packaging at convenience stores with names like “African Superman,” “King of Romance,” “Stiff Nights” or even “Bigger Longer More Time More Sperms.” The FDA has cautioned people from using these supplements because of unknown or unsafe ingredients. In testings by the FDA, one of these over the counter supplements had 31 times the prescription dose of tadalafil, which is Cialis’ active ingredient.


Lamar played for the Los Angeles Lakers and the ex-husband of Khloe Kardashian, who filed for divorce in 2013 after four years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.



Update: Lamar's estranged father, Joe Odom, believes his son was drugged. “Somebody drugged my son," he said. "There’s no way he’s down there partying crazy like that. No way.” Yea, sure.


Update #2: Sources inside the hospital are talking. Once source told E!, Lamar had “virtually every drug imaginable” in his system — and track marks on one arm — when he overdosed and was found unconscious at the brothel. Doctors there believe he suffered an ischemic stroke, which is caused by a drug-induced blood clot blocking blood flow to the brain. “He was doing crack cocaine all weekend and he choked on his mucous,” the source added. “They’re now having to fix all the damage it has done.” Sources told TMZ that fluid in his lungs may have been the result of crack cocaine use. There are reports he's brain-dead.


Update #3: Nevada authorities have taken the former NBA player's blood sample to find out if he overdosed on drugs or alcohol, but the results could take several weeks. Nye County Sheriff's Detective Michael Eisenloffel said at a news conference Wednesday that Las Vegas police will be doing the testing. Sheriff Sharon Wehrly says the media director (now identified as Richard Hunter) called 911 on Tuesday to report Lamar was found unresponsive at the legal brothel with blood and a "white stuff" coming from his nose and mouth. Richard told dispatchers Lamar did cocaine Saturday and had taken up to 10 tabs of an over-the-counter sexual performance enhancer -- now identified as Reload 72-hour Strong -- which he purchased at the brothel.

Update #5: Dnenis Hof has been making the media rounds, giving an interview to anyone who will listen. Khloe (who is still married to Lamar because their divorce hasn't been finalized) had her PR person send him a letter asking him to stop. His response: “I told her (Khloe's publicist) to pass on a message: Go to hell.” Love it!


Update #6, Oct. 16: A family representative said Lamar has regained consciousness and was speaking and even offered a thumbs-up from his hospital bed.

Lady Sues 12-year-old Nephew Who Injured Her When He Jumped Into Her Arms at His 8th Birthday Day

Jennifer Connell (pictured) is suing her 12-year-old nephew for $127,000 for injuries she says she suffered from his exuberant greeting at his birthday party four years ago. True story. According the lawsuit filed in Bridgeport, Connecticut, the 54-year-old says the boy, Sean Tarala, acted unreasonably when he leaped into her arms at his eighth birthday party in March 2011. She told the jury the boy was riding around in his first two-wheeler for his birthday. When he spotted her, the boy dropped the bicycle on the ground, exclaiming, “Auntie Jen, Auntie Jen.” He jumped into her arms. As she tried to catch him, she fell to the ground and broke her wrist. “I remember him shouting, ‘Auntie Jen I love you,’ and there he was flying at me," she told the jury. Despite testifying that she loves her nephew and described as always being “very loving, sensitive,” toward her, Jennifer thinks he should be held accountable. Why you ask? Because Sean's actions have affected her social life. She told the court: “I was at a party recently, and it was difficult to hold my hors d’oeuvre plate." Poor thing.

Update: The jury ruled Sean wasn't liable for his actions and awarded Jennifer no money. Shocking! We know! According to watchers inside the courtroom, Jennifer showed no emotion as the verdict was announced and ignored reporters' shouts for comment as the marshals escorted her car.

7-year-old Girl Tells Dad She Isn't Feeling Well, He Shoots Her in Hand, Back

Craig K. Tinsley, 32, of Kansas City was charged with two counts of first-degree domestic assault after he shooting his 7-year-old daughter in the hand and in the back Sunday morning. According to police, they responded late Sunday morning to a reported disturbance at the home and saw a 7-year-old girl walking out of the home’s front door, bleeding from her left hand and crying for her mother. At the hospital, an officer noticed gunshot wounds to her left hand and lower back. The girl told the officer that she had not been feeling well that day and had “owies.” She went into her father’s bedroom and told him. She said her father looked mad and got a gun from under the bed and shot at her once, and then shot at her three more times. A 16-year-old boy inside the home told police Craig fired 4 or 5 shots at the girl. Both the 16-year-old and the 7-year-old said Craig had been "smoking something" before the incident. The young girl said, "dad acts weird when he smokes." He refused to give his side of the story to detectives, so we don't know what he was smoking. He was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic assault and two counts of armed criminal action. He was convicted of felony child abuse in August 2007 for which he served 4 years in prison.

That classic line was uttered by an unnamed resident of the Carriage Circle apartments in Pontiac, Michigan. She, along with the other residents of the taxpayer-funded low-income apartment building are speaking out because their units have become infested with rats, mice, cockroaches and bed bugs and have received no relief. The Pontiac Housing Commission, which manages the apartment building, says “we are aware of the issues and concerns of our residents and have been consistently addressing them during a very challenging funding environment.” They plan to begin extermination soon.

Meanwhile, in Florida

A man was arrested for DUI in Sarasota, Florida after he drove into two ditches, hid in a church bathroom, and told deputies that his dog had been driving the car. But that isn't the full story. It all started before 8pm, when a Manatee County deputy saw a white four-door sedan speeding through neighborhood streets. The deputy attempted a stop the vehicle, it accelerated while attempting a turn and traveled into a ditch. The driver, later identified as Reliford Cooper III, 26, then drove through another ditch before crashing into a home. He got out of the vehicle and fled. He was tracked down after a K-9 officer found his shirt in front of a nearby church, where he was hiding in the bathroom. While being placed under arrest, Reliford told deputies: "I wasn't driving that car." He asked, "Who was chasing me? You're slow as ****!" After a deputy claimed to smell alcohol and marijuana on the suspect, Reliford said, "My dog was driving that car. I ran because I wanted to. You ain't gonna find no drugs or guns on me." He then began vomiting and was transported to the hospital. He was later taken to jail.

Food Network Chef Jailed After Having Sex With 14-year-old Boy in a Best Buy Parking Lot

A celebrity chef who owns Café du Soleil and appeared on a Food Network program called "Chef du Jour" was arrested last Thursday at his NYC apartment and charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and receipt and distribution of child pornography after it was revealed he had sex with an underage African-American boy in a Best Buy parking lot and boasted about sexual encounters with another boy.

The six-page complaint says [Matthew Tivy, 53,] met his 14-year-old victim on the popular hookup app Grindr. Tivy and the boy allegedly began exchanging messages on Dec. 28, 2014, and they met up in the Bronx on Dec. 30. Text messages show that Tivy parked on the top floor of a Best Buy parking garage in a black Honda at about 12:41 p.m., according to the complaint. He texted the boy an hour later, saying, "That was really fun!" "Even though you were very bad not to tell me how young you are haha but I don't mind ;p," another text message reads, according to the complaint. "I've been with a high school guy before so it's cool." Tivy also allegedly wrote. The victim presently attends a junior high school in the Bronx, according to the complaint. Prosecutors say he and Tivy exchanged more explicit text messages the next day, discussing having performed oral sex on each other. The victim sent Tivy two videos he shot of their encounter, according to the complaint. Prosecutors say "both videos depict the anal penetration of an African-American male by a Caucasian male." Tivy thought it bittersweet that the victim didn't send one video in particular he was looking for, the text messages show. "Probably a good idea since I'm sure it shows my face LOL," Tivy wrote, according to the complaint. A few days later, Tivy allegedly texted the boy about another rendezvous, saying he wanted to watch the boy have sex with Tivy's "bottom buddy." In the spring, Tivy allegedly bragged about his exploits on another social media platform called Kik. "I have one kid that I f*cked in my car," Tivy allegedly wrote another user, before transmitting the video files of the December encounter. "He's a high school sophomore." Prosecutors say Tivy has also used Kik to distribute images of "a known New Jersey-based minor victim, which depict his face and genitals." Tivy wrote about having had oral sex with the boy when he was 14, according to the complaint. The complaint also describes Tivy's explicit chats with underage teens in Florida and Ohio. Prosecutors say Tivy had yet another social media account for an app called Chaturbate. Tivy's account name on Chaturbate was "iluvundies," according to the complaint. Prosecutors say the top charge against Tivy carries a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison. The federal charges relate to evidence that investigators claim to have found on Tivy's cellphone, a Galaxy S5, after his May 6 arrest on a separate incident from March. State court records related to the May 6 arrest say Tivy is due in Manhattan Criminal Court on Nov. 23. The top charge against him in state court alleges a sex act with a victim younger than 17.

Magistrate Judge Henry Pitman ordered that Tivy be held without bail because he presents a “danger to the community.” Matthew, according to reports, has been dating opera tenor Keith Jameson, 47, for more than a decade. Before he started dating men (and raping boys) he was married to a woman in the early 1990s. His attorney told the Daily News his client is not guilty and attends regular therapy sessions. If found guilty of the charge of enticing a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct, he could face up to 30 years in prison. If found guilty of receipt and distribution of child pornography, he faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

Second Gay Couple to Wed in Cincinnati is in 'Divorce Court' After 2 Months of Marriage

After the US Supreme Court legalized gay marriage last summer, 36-year-old Lena Williams and 25-year-old Crystal Zimmer Williams rushed to the courthouse in Cincinnati to tie the knot. They were the second gay couple to get married and were all over the news. After five years of dating and two months of marriage, however, the couple is in divorce court. Not just any divorce court, mind you -- they appeared on the nationally-syndicated TV show "Divorce Court" on Friday. Crystal is seeking a divorce from Lena. Lena, in turn, is asking the court to award her a bed, a TV, living room set, 2 cars and demand Crystal pay her $600 to be used as a security deposit for a new apartment. Before the judge made her ruling, we learned Lena cheated on Crystal for three years and, in an attempt to give Lena a "taste of her own medicine," Crystal slept with a man and a woman. In the end, Judge Lynn Toler saw the marriage as one that's worth saving and sent the couple to therapy.

Man Trying On Women's Underwear at JC Penney Charged With Indecent Exposure

This gentleman ^^^ is facing indecent exposure charges -- again! -- after he was arrested around 11:15am Monday at a mall in Springfield, Virginia. According to police, Allen Jones, 52, of Arlington, Virginia, was shopping in the women’s underwear section at JC Penney at Springfield Mall and requested assistance from the clerk. While trying on the items in the dressing room, he exposed himself to the clerk, who called mall security and police. Detectives also connected Allen to a similar incident in September. In that case, he was charged with exposing himself to a clerk at the Soma women’s lingerie store at the same mall. This news comes months after a man was seen stealing more than 1,000 pairs of panties from a JC Penney store.

Woman's Eye Glued Shut After Mistakenly Putting Glue Into Her Eye

Katherine Gaydos of Lantana, Florida says a piece of debris flew into her eye almost 10 days ago when a friend was blowing leaves with a leaf blower. The friend handed her a bottle of what she thought was Visine and she squirted it into her eye. But, the bottle contained fingernail glue -- not Visine. Now Katherine's eyelid is glued shut. She went to the emergency room and the doctor treated her with antibiotic salve and ointment. But she can't afford to pay for the surgery needed to save her eye, so she called up the local TV station hoping someone out there in the world would help help. Help her.

Update, Oct. 9: Katherine's media tour worked. After the story started making waves online, her doctor (the one who refused to see her until she could pay him) called and asked her to come in for further evaluation. “It was the same office, but a different doctor,” she said. “He put Lidocaine above and below my eye and just pulled on it until it finally opened.” She was told to come back get the glue scraped off her cornea. The doctor says she will not suffer any permanent damage from having glue in her eye.
