Vivica, the Tape Doesn't Lie, You Endorsed The Psychic Friend Network

So Vivica Fox is denying reports that she is endorsing or a spokesperson for The Psychic Friend Network, after promo flyers surfaced yesterday.

She tells BV: PFN "is using her unauthorized likeness, footage, voice and photographs as an endorsement of their service" and has asked the service to "cease and desist immediately".

But while she can possibly claim the photos were doctored, her voice on this video is undeniable. She is, or was at one time, endorsing The Psychic Friend Network.

But when she says "unauthorized" though, does she mean that she filmed the spot but tried to get out the contract and the PFN won't allow her to? Just asking.
