Some Effed Up Things Are Going On in China (call Al Sharpton or the cops!)

These videos are old, but it's our first time seeing them.

Suffice it to say, we can't understand what's being said (if any of our readers can translate, that wouldd be great), but the sheer violence is unspeakable. Throwing bricks at someone's head as they lay lifeless and screaming for mercy is just wrong.

Are these people alleged criminals? If so, isn't there a legal system?
