Most people will just give the parents of an unruly child the look of disapproval, but no, not this man -- he took matters into his own hands.
Police say a 61-year-old Georgia man annoyed with a crying 2-year-old girl at a Wal-Mart and slapped the child several times after warning the girl's mother to keep her quiet yesterday.
What?!
Sonya Mathews, the mother of the 2-year-old child, told police that they were walking through the store when Roger Stephens, approached and said “If you don’t shut that baby up, I will shut her up for you."
A few moments later, in another aisle, Roger grabbed the 2-year-old and slapped her across the face four or five times, according to the police report.
He then told the mother: “See, I told you I would shut her up.”
What?!
Aside from redness to the face, the child was not physically hurt. He, however, was charged with felony cruelty to children and is in jail.
As he should!

Why do people always get this upset over children? They're not made of porcelain, you know! I'm not defending the man's actions, but I just happen to know the reason people are getting so upset over it is because a child (probably a bratty one at that!) was involved.
