Police say charges will be filed against several 40/40 club bouncers, following a videotaped brawl outside a nightclub co-owned by Jay-Z in Atlantic City early Saturday.
The club says that the two victims were allegedly harassing women at the bar and, to add insult to injury, they were arrested after the beatdown and charged with disorderly conduct.
What?!
Luckily for cops, there's video evidence.
DJ Zeke said he shot the video following his birthday bash at the club. He says it was about 4:20am Saturday when he heard a scuffle and a door open only to see one bouncer spray a fire extinguisher into the face of one of the men on the tape as a huge brawl broke out.
In fact, at the end of the video DJ Zeke says, "When the cops want this shit, I've got this whole shit on [video]."
Thanks to his video, several bouncers will be going to jail and Jay-Z (or someone) will have to pay those two men some money after they file a civil suit.
A spokesperson for 40/40 tells the folks over at TMZ, "We can't comment on the fight. We are doing our own investigation in addition to the police investigation. It's really in the hands of the police at this point. The 40/40 club has never had anything like this happen before and we take the safety of our patrons seriously."
Note to bouncers everywhere: You're not the police! NeNe, on the other hand, is.
