WATCH: Fifth and Washington

FIGHT! "I'm from Fifth and Washington!" Well, apparently that will result in an epic beat down.

Wanna see a flying policeman? A Madison, Wisc. sheriff deputy tries to stop a speeding car with predictable results. The deputy, Dale Veto, suffered broken legs and a broken and separated shoulder in March 2008 as he laid down spike strips to stop the car, which was stolen by a 15-year-old boy and was being chased by police cruisers. He's currently suing a juvenile treatment home for failure to prevent the boy from stealing the vehicle. Good luck with that. (Sidebar: The kid got two years in prison for running over Dale was sentenced to 11 years in prison for, you guessed it, stealing another car. Donkey!)

At 2:46pm Friday, a massive 8.9-magnitude earthquake and resulting tsunami rocked northern Japan, killing at least 1000 people and toppled dozens of buildings.
