Lady Gets Kicked Off Amtrak Train, Arrested For Talking Loudly on Cellphone For 16 Straight Hours

Lakeysha Beard of Tigard, Oregon is facing disorderly conduct charges after police said she cussed out train passengers on Sunday. Passengers said Lakeysha was talking loudly non-stop (except the times she was eating, of course) on her cellphone since the train pulled out of Oakland, California -- 16 hours earlier. When passengers complained, she got into a “verbal altercation” with them. Train staff made repeated announcements for passengers to not use cellphones, but Lakeysha (who was in one of the train's "quiet cars") ignored their requests and that's when police got involved. The train conductor stopped the train at a crossing two miles from the actual station and Lakeysha was taken into custody (video above) until she was released to a family member. She admitted to KATU News that was using her cellphone and she felt “disrespected” by the entire incident. Really, Lakeysha? You feel disrespected? What about the passengers? Big girl, please!
