Pastor Shoots Boy For Throwing Rocks

Bishop Alex Williams of Mechanicsville Church of God in Christ in Atlanta was arrested last Saturday and charged with aggravated assault after he shot a 13-year-old boy in the hip for throwing a rock through his windshield.
