Julie Bass and the City of Oak Park (that's in Michigan) are not seeing eye to eye. Much like a woman who was cited for installing a synthetic lawn, the code enforcement police have swooped down on Julie and charged with a misdemeanor, because a front yard is for "suitable," "live," "plant material." And veggies are? Anywho, if found guilty, Julie could be jailed for 93 days!
