A basketball court located at Howland Township Park in Ohio has been shut down due to excessive cursing. Oh, the court is also near a children's playground. James Brutz, an attorney with the Howland Park Board, said his office was flooded with complaints, so officials had no choice but to padlock the court. "Because of the constant profane language coming out of the parks, it is right by Tiger Town, the restrooms, right by our walking paths," he said. "We were inundated with complaints, and frankly we had enough." According to officials, they have tried to address the problem in the past and asked those who are playing to obey the parks rules, but that didn't happen. So the basketball court is "indefinitely closed." The park's soccer, softball and tennis court will remain open.
