Jami Lynn Toler is charged with fraud and theft after she told people she had breast cancer and needed money for a double mastectomy and breast reconstructive surgery -- but she didn't have cancer and used the money to get breast implants. Classy. According to police, Jami convinced at least 17 victims, including her mother and grandparents, that she needed approximately $7,800 for the surgery and had no health insurance. In little over a month, she raised more than $8,000. As the bank account grew, she withdrew the money and on Nov. 15, 2011 she paid a plastic surgeon $5,800 cash for a breast augmentation.
