Raymond Kulma has just landed his seventh DUI arrest. The 55-year-old was arrested in Utica, Michigan last month after he stole a motorized wheelchair from a resident of a senior living complex. According to police, Raymond -- who has been living with his brother at the complex -- got into a fight with another resident then stole his wheelchair. When police arrived to question the two men, they found Raymond driving the wheelchair down the road. He was drunk. His blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit and Raymond failed every sobriety test officers conducted.
