Michael Terron Daniel, 22, of Waco, Texas was arrested Monday charged with cruelty to a non-livestock animal in a bizarre incident on June 14 when he chased a neighbor while barking a growling like a dog and then attacked a family dog, which he beat, strangled and then started to eat. Totally crazy. Michael told police he was on a bad trip from ingesting K-2, a synthetic drug. Say no to drugs, kids. Say no!
