I just can't! A 25-year-old cocktail waitress suing under the pseudonym Kiyante Myers claims in a lawsuit that actor Clifton Powell raped her in a Las Vegas hotel room on the morning of Aug. 29, 2011. In the lawsuit (which you can read, below) Kiyante says she knew Clifton for two years and after a night of consensual sex, the actor forced himself on her and demanded he call her "Monique" while choking and raping her. She's seeking at least $75,000 for medical and legal expenses and compensatory and special damages for "sexual assault, battery, and rape." Sidebar: Clifton's people issued a statement that says: "Mr. Powell absolutely denies these false accusations and plans on pursuing all legal remedies available to him against his accuser."
