Poor Lillie Smith. The 84-year-old Albuquerque woman was indicted by a grand jury for trafficking, conspiracy to commit trafficking, tampering with evidence and possession. According to prosecutors, Lillie allowed her son to run a drug operation out of the apartment, but she was also involved.
