While the Morehouse Plastics are are getting their life, the jocks are creating rap sheets. Four Morehouse College athletes have been arrested on sex charges. According to Atlanta police, 22-year-olds Malcolm Jamal Frank, Tevin Mgbo, and Chukwudi Ndudikwa were arrested on April 11. An 18-year-old Spelman student told police while under the influence of an unknown substance, Frank and Ndudikwa sexually assaulted her on campus at a spring break party. Ndudikwa and Frank were arrested on rape and aggravated sodomy charges and Tevin was charged with aggravated sodomy, kidnapping and reckless conduct. All three men are members of the private, all-male, historically black college basketball team. In an unrelated case, freshman football player Lucien Kidd was also charged with rape. According to police, he held a woman down and raped her as she shouted "No!" repeatedly. He was arrested on April 15 and charged with rape. All four were released from jail on $10,000 bond.

Update, May 2: Attorneys representing Malcolm and Tevin say their clients had sex with the woman, but it was consensual. Chukwudi's lawyer say his client is "devastated, dismayed, [and] shocked" because he had no physical contact with the woman.
