What makes it black? Well, when you do a search, sites with a strong African -American content results appear first. There are media tabs which connect you to online TV sites we've never heard of. Have you heard of NSNewsTV or DigitalSoulTV? There is also a Give Back tab, which when clicked, opens up to ways to volunteer and a list of non-profits.
