Neil Patrick Harris and his partner of five years, actor David Burtka, are currently in the process of selecting a surrogate mother to carry their baby, reports Star magazine.
According to the magazine, the couple has been screening candidates and has settled on Growing Generations, the Los Angeles agency Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick used to find their baby's surrogate.
“Neil and David were so relieved and excited once they were approved,” says the source. “Now they have so many surrogate profiles to go through to find the right woman to carry their child. Neil and David can’t wait to hold their baby; they don’t care if it’s a boy or a girl. They just want a healthy child.

Update: The couple has come out saying they're not expecting a baby - yet.
"If Star says it, then it must be true! No, we are not currently expecting a baby. Maybe someday," said their publicist.
