The lucky winner will pay a mere $700 per month for the 1,400-square-foot apartment, which normally rents for - get this - $7,000 a month! Plus, the winner will be gifted with a fistfull of cash!

How to enter: Stop by any Daffy’s store and look for a video submission booth. A manager will set you up to record a 30-second spot explaining why you should win. The deadline is August 14. The lease begins Oct. 1 and ends July 31, 2010. Only residents of NY, NJ, PA, and Connecticut are eligible to apply.
