Did Lady Gaga Scare a Photographer to Death?

At an event in NYC last night (note: it's several days after Halloween), Lady Gaga might have killed a paparazzi.

What Had Happened Was: Moments after Gaga arrived at the ACE Awards, AJ Sokalner, a paparazzo taking pictures from behind the velvet ropes, suffered a heart attack, strike his head as he fell, and died later at a local hospital.

So, OK, Lady Gaga probably didn't actually kill him - but wearing this get-up she probably scared him.
