Yesterday a security camera in the town of Irkutsk, Russia captured this horrific scene of a car, driven by a 25-year-old woman, mowing down two people on a sidewalk. According to police, she didn't call for an ambulance until several minutes after the crash and instead of checking on the people she hit, the woman checks on her passenger first. BTW: The two pedestrians survived; albeit they suffered from severe injuries, one had to undergo brain surgery.
