Veronica Siwik-Daniels, who now goes by her porn star name Joslyn James, is not only Tiger Woods' jumpoff number 11, she's also wanted by Washington state's Department of Social and Health Services.
And not because she may be harboring a communicable disease.
Her ex-husband, Mark Daniels, tells KBTV-TV that Veronica/Joslyn owes "a little bit over $13,000, plus a $22,000 judgment in fees" in unpaid child support for their 10-year-old son.
