An 11-year-old boy has been arrested more than 50 times, had 17 convictions in two years and is among the 10 most notorious burglars in Croydon, South London, The Sun reported.
He was first arrested (at age 9) for stealing a bike in January 2008. A month later he reached the age of criminal responsibility on his 10th birthday.
Since then he has been booked on charges of burglary, robbery, theft, breach of bail, assault, driving without consent, handling stolen goods and "going equipped to steal."
Despite the fines, orders, the thief continues to break the law.
He was arrested on Christmas Eve after cops caught him in the woods opening gifts he stole.
He is currently in a group home because his mother is an alcoholic.
