This tragic accident happened last year in the Russian city of Rostov-On-Don. As five pedestrians geared up to cross an already dangerous-looking intersection (there are no crosswalks! no stop signs! no traffic lights!), a man loses control of his car and mowed them down, trapping one under the rear tires. It took passersby some time to notice he was trapped.
