Police in North Carolina found 46-year-old William Ballance dead on Jan. 1. The father of a child he was suspected of sexually assaulted, took matters into his own hands and killed William, who is a registered sex offender and lived in their home. The father, however, is being held without bond. They might as well release him, because we don't know of a jury that will convict him.
