According to CNN, these cities (in random order) are the world's dangerous: Caracas, Venezuela; Juarez, Mexico; Baghdad, Iraq; Detroit; New Orleans; Karachi, Pakistan; Capetown, South Africa; Moscow, Russia; Beirut, Lebanon; Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The network based their "findings on factors such as internal stability and effectiveness of law enforcement, as well as official crime statistics and media reports."
