A few weeks ago while chopping wood, 29-year-old Rene Campos accidentally chopped off his hand. And by chopped off, we mean -- chopped completely off! "I saw my hand fly off," the New York resident tells PIX 11 News. "I told [my co-worker] to pick up the hand." His co-worker put the severed hand in a cooler and Rene wrapped his wrist and applied pressure while he was rushed to a hospital. After 11 hours in the operating room, his hand was back where it belonged.

Man Chops Off Hand
