A 61-year-old man from Belle, W.Va was arrested and charged with indecent exposure after he was caught around 9am Sunday sitting on a park bench with an armless mannequin on his lap, holding it with one hand -- while pleasuring himself with the other.
Eddie M. Campbell was naked. When cops told him to stop and step away from the mannequin, Eddie replied, "just trying to have a little fun."
