Last Wednesday, Thomas Bayse, 37, robbed a bank in St. Louis, Mo. but he didn't get far. A customer (Doug Lesar) chased him down the street and detained Thomas, by sitting on him, until police arrived. Thomas was charged with robbery -- and we suspect he'll sue Doug for assault. Hey, stranger things have happened.
