It's funny, every time we take bleach out our car, we accidentally douse a popsicle man with it. Every time. Geeh, they should really look where they're going or, at least sound their bell to let us know when they're in our general vacinity. That's Karen Washington's defense and she's sticking to it. The Sacramento, Calif. daycare owner was arrested after she threw (excuse us, accidentally threw) bleach on a popiscle man who weeks prior ripped her off.
