Man Sexts Granddaughter

A 67-year-old Houston man, who secretly bought his 13-year-old granddaughter a cell phone, is has been arrested for sending sexually explicit text messages to her over a 10-day period. Old man Charley Phillips faces up to 10 years in prison.
