Phillip Seaton of Shelbyville, Ky. has filed a malpractice lawsuit against Dr John Patterson, the urologist who amputated his penis without permission. Back on Oct. 19, 2007, Phillip went to Jewish Hospital for a routine circumcision operation, but when he awoke from the surgery, he discovered that the doctor had removed his entire penis. Uh-oh! Dr Patterson says he removed the penis because he discovered a cancerous growth on it.
