Last month, convicted felon Christopher Linder easily won the mayoral election in Pawnee -- a very small, small town in Oklahoma (at last count, there were only 2,230 residents) -- but he should've read the law first, because convicted felons are barred from holding public office. In 1999, Christopher was convicted of weed charges and taking part in a drive-by shooting. He says he's changed his life around and asked the state election board for a pardon to become Pawnee's first black mayor. Shock! They said no. The Man always trying to keep a brother down.
