A man is suing a grocery store and a flower importer for a finger prick caused by a rose thorn. Charles Imwalle of Lake Mary, Florida has slapped the Winn-Dixie grocery store chain and Passion Growers LLC with a $15,000 lawsuit for pain, disfigurement, medical bills and lost wages after pricking his finger on a thorn from a bouquet of roses he purchased for his wife.
