The manager of a cell phone store in Strongsville, Ohio phoned police last week after someone -- possibly a teenage boy -- dressed up as a banana attacked the store's mascot -- a man dressed up as a gorilla. It's all sorts of hilarious. Anyway, after the attack, the gorilla got up, adjusted his head and kept on working, while the banana ran away and has not been located.
Update, July 12: Brian Genco, 16, breaks the first rule in the mascot code book: don't let people know who you are. In this interview, he speaks out about the attack.
