Inmate Sues Jail, Claiming P0rn Ban is Cruel and Unjust Punishment

A Michigan jail inmate has filed a federal lawsuit, claiming authorities are violating his civil rights by denying him access to p0rnography behind bars. Kyle B Richards, 21, is in the Macomb County Jail awaiting sentencing Aug. 2 in a bank robbery case. He pleaded guilty Thursday. In a five-page, handwritten suit against Michigan and Gov. Rick Snyder filed on June 10 in US District Court in Detroit, Kyle says he's subjected to cruel and unusual punishment because he can’t have pornography. He writes "such living conditions have been used as a method of 'psychological warfare' against prisoners, in order to both destroy the morale of inmates and break the spirit of individuals....such a poor standard of living, suffering from both sexual and sensory deprivation...." The sheriff isn't budging. He says he doesn't allow prisoners access to p0rn out of safety for the female officers, inmates, and staff that work at the jail. Kyle just needs to make himself a wet Susie and look the hell down!
