Last Friday night, a woman says a man grabbed her butt on the NYC subway. The groper -- identified as 30-year-old Victor Sigler -- fled, but the woman gave chase. Victor board another train and the woman alerted those passengers that what he did. Passengers sprung into action and Victor -- well, he'll never grab another woman's ass on the subway again.
