This lady is the ultimate Mother of the Year. According to this video which was recently uploaded to YouTube, a man -- who, by the way, is a despicable human being for not intervening, calling the police, or flagging down a passing police cruiser -- films a woman Tasering her kids inside of a car parked in front of the Madison County Court House in Huntsville, Alabama. Someone zoom in on her license plate and call DYCS!
