Obviously, this happened in Florida. Police in Brooksville, Fla. arrested Timothy Carr, 48, on Sunday after he was seen driving around a Walmart on a motorized shopping cart. He was drunk. Police say he two packages of an alcholic drink called Daily Daiquiri from the shelf and was drinking it, while knocking other items off the shelves. He was charged with disorderly intoxication and felony retail theft. He remains jailed on $2,150 bond.
