Drugs are the devil! A man wanted on suspicion of drunken driving led police on a slow-speed chase through the streets of Los Angeles this morning, then he pulled over in front of his house and started inhaling something -- more than likely nitrous oxide or NOS -- from balloons. The man, identified as 22-year-old Jorge Sanchez, was arrested and taken away for a medical examination. Then he'll go jail. Balloon boy, is that you?
