I'm an Attorney. He Didn't Do Anything. The Defense Rests.

At around 1:35am Sunday, police in Northampton, Massachusetts, went to a local bar to arrest a drunk patron (Modesto Melendez) who punched a bar employee in the neck. Anyway, according to police another bar patron -- 26-year-old Jonas Corriea -- who was outside of the bar "raised his fist and took a 'fighting stance' toward the staff person, prompting police to intervene." Cops sprayed Jonas with pepper spray and pulled him to the ground. It was all caught on tape. Eyewitnesses say Jonas is innocent and was targeted because he's black. He was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. If only there was an attorney present.
