The National Conference of Black Mayors is Perhaps the Shadiest of All Political Organizations

The National Conference of Black Mayors, a 39-year-old organization which represents more than 650 African American mayors across the country, is currently holding its annual convention at the Marriott Marquis Atlanta, but with almost $1 million in debt and its inability to pay its bills one could ask why they are celebrating or why the Marriott is hosting the convention when the political organization already owes the hotel chain $131,000 in court judgments. All in all, NCBM owes almost $400,000 in court judgments and $500,000 in unpaid federal taxes. (The IRS has revoked its tax-exempt status and some of that money owed belong to rapper TI's business partner, who loaned the NCBM $90,000 after its executive director Vanessa Williams called and begged him for a loan.) WAGA's investigative reporter Dale Russell went to the Marriott Marquis Atlanta to get answers (video, below), but security escorted him out. Vanessa blames former board president, mayor George Grace of Louisiana, for embezzling funds, but that allegation doesn't hold water.

Bank Sues Jermaine Dupri for $1.9 Million

The folks in SunTrust Bank's collections department must know record producer Jermaine Dupri by name. Back in 2011, SunTrust Bank foreclosed upon his 3,608 square foot 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Atlanta. He recently defaulted on a commercial note and the bank wants its money. According to a lawsuit SunTrust Bank filed today in Fulton County Superior Court, Jermaine took out a $4.9 million loan in December 2010, but defaulted on the commercial note in May 2011. The bank said it gave Jermaine until November 2012 to pay off the balance, but he didn’t and hasn’t paid a penny since. According to the lawsuit, Jermaine owes about $1.8 million in principal, $83,545 in interest, $10,083 in fees and $505 in interest per diem after May 21. The bank is willing to waive their attorneys' fees if Jermaine pays the full amount due within 10 days. Good luck with that. His baby mama is looking for her child support.

The Fight Over James Brown's $100 Million Estate Heats Up, Again

James Brown is still dead. He's still not yet in his final resting place. And his family continuing their fight to pry as much of his $100 million estate as they can out of his cold, dead hands. Despite the late entertainer's will, which called for most of his money to go to help needy children, a settlement was brokered that gave half to charity and left the rest to be split between his widow and six children. A Supreme Court judge overturned the settlement earlier this year, saying it was was "unjust and unreasonable." Now, his daughters are back in court, promising to fight for as long as it takes for a verdict to sway in their favor because they have nothing else to do with their time.

Man Reaches Into Ex-Girlfriend's Mouth, Steals Her False Teeth

This woman can laugh about it now, but she's been going through hell for the past 14 months. She says she broke up with her abusive boyfriend a couple weeks ago, but on Friday he assaulted her; He reached into her mouth and snatched out her false teeth then ran away. "He's taken my phone before, he stole my food stamp card before, never my teeth. Yeah, that was one for the books," she said. The false teeth were later recovered. source: WCNC

Man Tried to Blow Up Government Office Building's Sign Because of Misspelled Word

This morning, a man brought a pressure cooker he claimed was a bomb into the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission office in Salem, Oregon and told employees he tried to blow up their sign because it was misspelled. We are not even kidding.

Leonard Burdek, 50, of Salem, told [Executive Director Vickie Chamberlain] and the receptionist that he tried to blow up the agency’s outside sign, but the bomb didn’t work. The sign spells out the agency’s name in blue letters and sits at the end of its parking lot at 250 Division Street NE. One side is missing the letter “D” in the word “and” so it reads: “Teacher Standards an Practices Commission.” After discussing his failed attempt to detonate his bomb, the man complained that the instructions he downloaded to make the bomb also had misspellings. Burdek implied that Chamberlain and her employees should be concerned about the level of education children receive given that his instructions were rife with errors. The commission’s office is where people come to fill out their applications for a teacher’s license. [...] Chamberlain asked Burdek to leave and motioned with her hands for another employee to call the police. When he noticed her signaling for someone to dial 911, Burdek left—taking the pressure cooker with him. The staff immediately locked the doors and waited for Salem Police. “He was probably in here a minute and a half or so,” Chamberlain said. “If he had left the bomb, we certainly would have evacuated.” Police arrested Burdek in his van around 10 a.m. after employees called back to say they spotted him in a van nearby. Lt. Dave Okada said the pressure cooker did not turn out to be a bomb. He was charged with disorderly conduct.

Redickulous Under Fire For Dancing With 16-year-old Boy

The exotic dancer (read: stripper) who goes by the name Redickulous is engaged in a war of words with the owner of Club Skittlez in Augusta, Georgia, after he pulled a 16-year-old boy on stage during a show and the boy began to dance naked, too. In this age of social media, photos of the performance immediately began to circulate and they caught the attention of the local city government and the Sheriff's Office. Now that the gay club's business license has been suspended for having strippers and at least 25 underage boys in the audience, its owner Timothy Lowery, is accusing Redickulous of setting him up. "It was a set up," he told a local TV station. "He came in there with a fake ID. He rode in the car with [Redickulous]." Redickulous, whose real name is Kelvin House, denied the allegations and provided emails showing Timothy promising to pay him $400 to strip at the club and adds it's the club's responsibility to check and verify IDs at the door. Meanwhile, the a representative from the Sheriff's Office says the club owner hasn't been charged with a crime because the 16-year-old boy gave consent to be on stage. So, is that it? No one is going to jail?

With Reality Show Cameras Rolling, Lil Scrappy Announces He's Entering Rehab for Weed Addiction

This is probably, almost certainly a publicity stunt for his ratchet reality show, but rapper Lil Scrappy (real name: Darryl Richardson) is planning to check into a drug treatment center today to treat his addiction to weed. We have no idea who he, but the 29-year-old was previously arrested for weed possession and sentenced to three years' probation. Earlier this year, he was accused of failing a drug test and the judge gave him the option of serving the rest of his time in jail, or enter rehab. He chose option No. 2 and decided to announce it in a news conference with cameras from his reality show recording it all in the background. Aside from the Fox affiliate, it doesn't look like any other news organization showed up. Boy, bye!

Drunk Driver Crashes Car While Having Sex With Woman

We all the dangers of driving while having sex, but a 25-year-old man from New Mexico wanted to take it up a notch by adding drinking to the mix. After Albuquerque police witnessed Luis Briones having sex with a female passenger while driving on Monday night, he sped off, eventually crashing his Ford Explorer. Luis was found hiding in a cactus a short time later with one shoe on and his shorts on inside-out. The passenger, who was ejected from the vehicle, was found naked outside the vehicle. A partially full bottle of vodka in the vehicle. According to eyewitnesses, Luis, who was drunk, tried to drive away from the scene, leaving his passenger behind, but a witness grabbed his keys from the ignition. That’s when Luis tried to take cover in a cactus. He refused police demands and became hostile with paramedics and others. Once he was safely handcuffed and placed in the back seat of the police cruiser, he refused to keep his pants on. He was charged with aggravated DWI, reckless driving and evading police.

According to reports, Bassey Essien -- an obsessed fan who was ordered by a court in 2011 to stop harassing the singer after he sent her several threatening letters, that, among other things claimed she's an impostor who had killed the real Mrs Carter -- is off his meds, again. The Sun is reporting Bassey (pictured, inset) has sent the singer similar letters and as a result Mrs Carter's “staff have been briefed on the situation and pictures of him have been passed round. Gentleman Jailed For Punching New Wife in the Face After Their Wedding Reception

Erick Lamar Stevens, 25, of Athens, Georgia, was arrested early Monday morning after assaulting his new wife, hours after exchanging "I dos" and were to begin their honeymoon at the Country Inn & Suites.

The hotel clerk called 911 after the 31-year-old victim came to the lobby with a bleeding nose and still wearing her wedding dress, according to police. The assault happened after a reception at an unnamed location, police said, during which Stevens allegedly got mad because the DJ was making advances on a bridesmaid. He got more belligerent as the night went on, police said. On the drive to the hotel Monday morning, he punched his wife in the face during an argument in which he accused her of cheating on him, police said. At some point, the victim stopped the car and forced Stevens out. Police said she then drove to the hotel alone to go to bed. The night clerk later phoned the woman’s room to let the her know Stevens had arrived and the woman agreed to allow in the room, according to police. But as soon as Stevens got to the room, he charged the victim, grabbed her by the hair, then punched and bit her several times, police said. When the woman tried to leave the room, Stevens allegedly dragged her by the hair to a corner to apparently keep her from leaving. While assaulting his wife, police said, Stevens “ultimately pulled out all of her (hair) extensions,” which officers later found on the floor and on a night stand. When someone went to the room to investigate the disturbance, the victim used the opportunity to escape and went to the hotel lobby to ask a clerk to call 911, police said. An officer noted in the incident report that the bridge of the victim’s nose was cut, her eye was swollen, and one of her wrists was beginning to swell, police said. Emergency medical personnel inspected the wrist and thought it might possibly be broken. She was taken for treatment at a local hospital, police said. Stevens, of Spring Valley Road, was charged under the state Family Violence Act with battery and false imprisonment. He was detained without bail Tuesday afternoon at the Clarke County Jail.

Ashley Nicole Jones, 27, of Dougherty County, Georgia, was arrested Monday after she called for an ambulance just because she wanted a ride. According to police, Ashley has called 911 for a free ride 15 times since January. Police say once she arrived at the emergency room, she would walk out of the hospital without seeing a doctor.

An Hispanic woman and her black boyfriend were driving through the streets of San Antonio, Texas last Saturday when they say a group of Hispanic men chased them for being an interracial couple. Papa John's Pizza Delivery Man Leaves Racist Voicemail on Customer's Cell Phone

And what we see is a place -- which is much like the rest of the country -- racially divided. Earlier this month, a black man and his wife ordered a pizza from a Papa John's pizza store in Sanford and after giving him a 21% tip on the $15 check, the delivery man accidentally dialed the customers and left a voicemail complaining about the tip. In an audio recording of the call posted on YouTube, the delivery man is heard talking to a group of friends or co-workers. "Did he tip you?" one of the men in the room asks. "No, not at all," the driver responded. "I guess that's one of the requirements of being a n***** in Sanford. They gave me five bucks. They're fine, outstanding gentlemen of the African American community." Say what, now? The driver was fired. You can try to call him to leave him a piece of your mind, but his voicemail is full.

We don't know what these researchers are smoking, but they're high on something. According to study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, for every hour you sit down, it cuts 22 minutes from your life span. By contrast, that's double the estimate by which smokers shorten their lives, that comes out to about 11 minutes per cigarette. "If you go to the gym and work out for an hour and then sit for 5 hours a day, it's equivalent on a health basis of smoking a pack of cigarettes," says Dr. David Agus, Professor of Medicine and Engineering at USC. "So we need to get people to get up and move." Oh, lest you forget, sitting down at work also causes cancer AND watching TV causes heart attacks. New Jersey Bars Sold Dirty Water, Rubbing Alcohol as Premium Liquor

After a year-long investigation called "Operation Swill," more than 100 investigators raided 29 bars and restaurants across New Jersey on suspicion they had been serving cheap liquor disguised as premium brands. During the raid, investigators seized 1,000 bottles for testing. Thirteen of the establishments are TGI Fridays in central and northern New Jersey. Officials wouldn't reveal which establishments served the dirty water or rubbing alcohol mixed with food dye pretending to be scotch. The director of the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control told reporters the bars swapped less-expensive booze for premium-brand liquor or "they literally just filled [liquor bottles] with whatever they had available." He adds right now the investigation is not a criminal one, but if further tests prove the establishments are guilty of the practice, they could see their liquor licenses suspended or revoked. Say what, now?

After negotiating with a man who was holding five people (including two children) hostage inside a home in Phoenix, Arizona on Tuesday, the SWAT Team drove an armored car through the front of the home and rescued the hostages. The abductor, identified as 32-year-old Israel Celis Sr, shot himself dead. Now the homeowner is left to clean up their mess. We say, burn it with fire.

Charles Ramsey Rewarded With Free Burgers For Life

The Cleveland man who stopped eating his Big Mac to help rescued three women who were being held captive for more than a decade, is being rewarded with free burgers for life. No, McDonald's -- which he mentioned over and over and over in the interviews that have all gone viral -- is not the company opening their wallets. Instead, the honor is coming from 11 restaurants in the Ohio area and one in Pennsylvania who have all pledged an offer of a free burger anytime Charles wants one. Question: Does fries, a drink and a triple bypass come with that burger?

Update: After these restaurants banded together and announced their plan to give Charles free burgers for life, McDonald's decided to join the mix. The world's largest chain of hamburger fast food restaurants with sales of $27.56 billion in 2012, has offered Charles free burgers -- for one year! McDonald's says it also made a $10,000 donation to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in the names of the three women and Charles. LOL.

Lady Tries to Poison Entire Family With Ajax For Not Sharing Cheese

If you think the world has gone mad, you're not alone. 24-year-old Tiara Danielle Drake of Nashville, Tennessee, was charged with five counts of attempted first-degree murder last weekend after she poisoned her family for not sharing cheese. According to police, Tiara asked a female family member Friday for some of her cheese, but the woman refused and told her to get some other cheese from the refrigerator. Tiara was so incensed that she laced the cheese in the refrigerator with Ajax, window cleaner and detergent. The family used the cheese when it made breakfast on Saturday, and four members already had eaten some before someone noticed the cheese had been poisoned, authorities said.

Gerhonda Snell recently spent three months in jail for stealing a banana. She was arrested in Miami last Saturday for petit larceny. During her remote bond hearing yesterday, she didn't take kindly to Judge John Hurley using her criminal history as part of his decision not to lower her $5,000 bond. To show her displeasure, the 24-year-old threw a roll of toilet paper at the judge through the camera.

Man Slaps Male Detroit Politician With Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

State Representative Brian Banks is a stunt queen who needs to go back to prison. Despite eight previous convictions for writing bad checks and credit card fraud (not to mention he was evicted from dozens of homes), the 35-year-old was elected as a state representative last November. He told voters he made mistakes and they should trust him, but as it turns out, he still can't be trusted. According to a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by Tramaine Cotton, Brian hired him in January as a legislative aide. And by "legislative aide," we mean "chauffeur." Until his appointment to the state rep's office, Tramaine worked as a party promoter. Within 90 days on the job, Tramaine unexpectedly received a $6,000 pay raise. Tramaine says Brian showered him with gifts, compliments, demanded sex and demanded they get into a dating relationship and upon rejection, Brian aggressively demanded an explanation as to the reasoning behind the rejection. On several occasions, Brian sent text messages to Tramaine that read “when you go let me suck that d**k." Tramaine claims he reported all of harassment acts to his superiors, however, the acts continued and never ceased. In the end though, Tramaine said allowed Brian to give him a professional, hoping the advances would stop. They didn't. He said he quit earlier this month because Brian continued to sexually harass him. All of this sounds similar to the Jesse Jackson sexual lawsuit, no? Tramaine is seeking at least $25,000 from Brian and the State of Michigan for loss of earnings, benefits of employment, loss of earning capacity, embarrassment and humiliation, mental and emotional distress, and expenses for medical care and treatment. Machete-Wielding Terrorist Gives Interview After Hacking British Soldier to Death

Two men armed with a machete, meat cleavers, guns and other weapons attacked and killed a soldier on a street in South London on Wednesday in what officials are treating as a terrorist-related assault. The shocking daylight attack, captured on video by onlookers, ended with one of the assailants, brandishing a cleaver and a knife in his blood-soaked hands, looking into one camera to deliver a political statement. "We swear by almighty Allah we will never stop fighting you. The only reason we have done this is because Muslims are dying every day. This British soldier is an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. I apologize that women had to witness that, but in our lands our women have to see the same thing. You people will never be safe. Remove your government, they don't care about you," he says. Both attackers then waited calmly by the body in the street until police arrived and shot both of them. (Cops arrived about 30 minutes later.) The men were hospitalized in critical condition.

Lady Accused of Stealing, Hoarding Neighbors' Dogs

In Detroit, homeowners are allowed to have up to three dogs, but Leah Montgomery has at least 15. How does she come to own these dogs? Probably stole them from her neighbors' yards. Neighbors said once Leah has them, she cages and neglects the animals barely giving them food and water. Back in 2011, the city swooped in and took more than 25 dogs, most of them pit bulls, out of Leah's house, but once that case went nowhere, she began to steal dogs again. Poor thing.

Lady Has Son Arrested For Stealing Her Pop-Tarts

A 37-year-old woman from Charlotte, NC called police on Monday to report that her son -- who's a juvenile -- stole her Pop-Tarts. When cops arrived the woman told police to arrest her son. She claims she has been having ongoing discipline issues with her son and decided to teach him a lesson. The boy was arrested and is facing charges. Since he's a juvenile, it was not reported which crime he was charged with, but really, lady? Really? Sidebar: Do adults eat Pop-Tarts? How fat is this cow?

A man tried to extort money from a mechanic in Sydney, Australia, whom he blamed for losing his Mercedes-Benz by threatening him with a large black sex toy. True story.

A crazed motorist threatened a mechanic with a large sex toy after his [$167,000] Mercedes was repossessed, a court has heard. Aaron Sabbah, 39, allegedly flew into a rage and stormed into the Sydney mechanics workshop brandishing a “black dildo” at Michael Monajed – who he blamed for losing the car. Magistrate Eve Wynhausen asked: “What is the alleged arm?” Prosecutor Christian Hearn replied: “It’s a black dildo, your honour.” Court documents recorded: “Sabbah entered the workshop in an intimidating manner with a large black dildo in his right hand, which he was smacking into his left hand continually in an aggressive and threatening manner.” His car was repossessed in January after he defaulted on a loan. A week later, he stole his car back from the yard where it was being held and drove it to Mr Monajed’s workshop to have the brakes replaced. The next day, cops spotted Mr Monajed driving the car and confiscated it from him. Sabbah accused Mr Monajed of losing his car and made demands of money from him. Mr Monajed ended up paying him [$4500], but soon after Sabbah went on his rampage with the offending item on April 22. He was arrested that evening and charged with robbery in company, demanding money with menaces and stealing two vehicles from the mechanic – but he denies the charges. The magistrate denied Sabbah bail at Sydney’s Central Local Court and adjourned the matter to July 18.

Before the mechanic finally caved in and paid Aaron the $4500, he demanded $30,000 and made several threats of violence. The mechanic bought him a used Honda for $800, but Aaron rebuffed the offer, demanded something better and continued the physical threats. To add insult to injury, after Aaron assaulted him with the dildo, he stole $400 from Michael's desk. As for the dildo, it's unclear where it came from or which gentleman it belonged to.

Lady Jailed For Beating Up Daughter's 11-year-old Bully

Attifa Brown of Philadelphia was arrested yesterday after she walked into her daughter's school and attacked an 11-year-old girl who was bullying her daughter. Although the attack was caught on tape and the victim has several bruises, Attifa, 26, denies ever hitting the girl. She was charged with making terroristic threats, assault, recklessly endangering another person and defiant trespass.

Warrant Issued For Chad 'Ochocinco' Johnson's Arrest (Update: He's in Jail)

If you see Chad Johnson, née Chad Ochocinco, let him know police in Broward County, Florida are looking for him. The Sheriff’s office issued an an arrest warrant for the former NFL player on May 7 for skipping out on his probation and a court-ordered domestic violence counseling program.

Johnson apparently missed two probation check-ins in February and March, and a warrant for his arrest was signed by a judge on May 7. His whereabouts remained a mystery Thursday. The unemployed football player, who legally changed his name to “Chad Ochocinco” (after his jersey number, 85) only to revert to his previous surname, tweeted Thursday that he was “Chilly in Pasadena.’’ Johnson’s Fort Lauderdale attorney, Adam Swickle, was on vacation Thursday and unavailable for comment. Johnson was arrested in August after he allegedly head-butted his wife of one month, Evelyn Lozada. The two had a blow-up after she found a receipt for condoms in his car, police said at the time. As the couple pulled into the driveway of their Davie home, Johnson allegedly hauled off and struck her with his head.[...] The Miami Beach High grad pleaded no contest in September to charges of misdemeanor domestic violence and, as part of a plea deal, was sentenced to one year’s probation and ordered to undergo counseling.

Update, May 20: Chad was arrested and appeared in court this morning. A judge ordered he be held on a $1,000 bond. Prosecutors had asked that he serve 60 days behind bars. A final hearing will be held June 3.

Man Set Neighbor's Home on Fire After He Refused to Mow Lawn

Phillip Rodger Bennett of Cartersville, Georgia was tired of looking at his neighbor's unkempt lawn, so he decided to do something about it. Marty Corbitt (who lives across the street from Phillip) says his 58-year-old neighbor slapped him across the the face last week and told him to mow his grass. Then yesterday on the same day Marty says he was going to cut his grass (yeah, right), Phillip confronted him again about the grass still not being cut, then he broke a window, poured gasoline inside Marty's home and set the house on fire. Marty and his 3-year-old daughter were inside the home at the time. Phillip fled and was captured in Murphy, North Carolina.

Kai, The Hatchet-Wielding Hitchhiker, Wanted For Murder (Update: He's in Jail)

Kai, the hatchet wielding hitchhiker, who became Internet famous after his eyewitness account of an attempted murder in California went viral, is now wanted for murder in New Jersey. According to police, the 34-year-old hitchhiker (whose real name is Caleb Lawrence McGillvary) beat attorney Joseph Galfy, Jr to death sometime last weekend. Joseph's half-naked body was found inside his home in Clark, New Jersey. (He was found wearing only his socks and underwear.) The medical examiner determined the 77-year-old died from blunt force trauma. We can see it now, Kai is going to claim Joseph, who was gay, tried to force himself onto him and he pulled out his ax and "smash, smash, smash."


Update: Kai was arrested in Philadelphia and is being held on a $3 million bond. And our hypothesis of what happened seems to be taking shape. On his Facebook page on Tuesday, Kai asked his followers: "what would you do if you woke up with a groggy head, metallic taste in your mouth, in a strangers house... walked to the mirror and seen ... dripping from the side of your face from your mouth, and started wretching, realizing that someone had drugged, raped...? what would you do?" One commenter suggests hitting him with a hatchet, to which Kai replied: "I like your idea."

Woman Kicked Off Delta Flight Because Her Kids Were Crying

Earlier this month, Passy Kepoali and her twin 3- year-old boys were flying to Oklahoma City from Montreal on board a Delta flight when the boys started to cry and "act up." The plane returned to the gate and Passy and her boys were kicked off the aircraft. A crew member then told her if she wanted to fly out the next day, she should give her boys Gravol -- a drug used to treat or prevent motion sickness. Delta says the flight was operated by regional carrier Pinnacle airlines. In a statement, the airline says: "Pinnacle Airlines started to taxi but returned to the gate after a small child would not remain seated. The crew followed established guidelines and requested a gate return due to safety concerns." Passy is still pissed. She plans on filing a formal complaint against Delta and will also look at legal action.

Lady Admits to Breaking Her Baby's Bones Out of Frustration

We don't even know what to say about this. Abigail Millican, 20, of Kansas City was charged with child abuse after she admitted to breaking four of her 3-month-old son's ribs (and causing several bruises) because she was frustrated and angry at the boy's father. The ill-prepared mother also admitted to smoking and drinking throughout her pregnancy.

Man Tricked Pregnant Girlfriend Into Taking Abortion Pill

John Andrew Welden, 28, of Tampa is facing a possible life sentence after being arrested for tricking his girlfriend into taking an abortion pill. According to a federal prosecutor, John forged a prescription from his father, an OB/GYN doctor, for medicine that can be used to cause abortions. He then switched the pill bottle label to make it appear the medication was a common antibiotic and on or around March 29, he gave his pregnant girlfriend the medicine, which resulted in her losing the baby. According to the prosecutor, the woman wanted to keep the child and John wanted her to have an abortion. We've seen these sort of men attempt many, different methods to forced their baby mamas to terminate the pregnancy, but their attempts always land them in jail.

Update: Remee Lee, who was six weeks pregnant at the time she was drugged, tells her side. BTW: John was charged with first-degree murder.

Man Forces Daughter, 9, to Live in Basement Because of Her Lack of Bladder Control

Father of the Year Timothy Phillips, 30, and his girlfriend, Lacey Chaney, 27, of Kansas City are what you may -- scum. The couple is behind bars after cops found they locked Timothy's 9-year-old daughter in the basement because Lacey didn't want to catch a yeast infection from her. Or something.

According to court records, a school nurse at an Independence, MO, school reported Friday that a 9-year-old student may have been the victim of abuse after the girl was sent to the nurse's office because she smelled strongly of urine. Court documents said the victim told the nurse that her private parts hurt so the nurse conducted an examination and found her vaginal area to be red and irritated. The little girl also told the nurse that she wasn't allowed to go to the bathroom in the house and was forced to go to the bathroom outside because her family didn't want to contract the infections she had. When Jackson County Sheriff's deputies responded, the victim's father and his girlfriend acknowledged they locked her in their unfinished basement with little food and water during the day as punishment for a recent school suspension. This was after Phillips "popped her in the mouth and whooped her on the butt." The basement door was secured with a lock and chain and had an alarm attached to the frame that would sound when opened from the basement. According to court documents, Phillips said he, his live-in girlfriend and her biological son live upstairs, while the little girl lives in the unfinished basement. He said they kept her downstairs because of her lack of bladder control, saying he "cannot afford to keep cleaning up after her" and that "when she pisses, she leaves a large puddle." Phillips also told police he knew that not bathing the little girl had caused several infections, but he hadn't gotten her treated because "what difference would it make, she is just going to piss on herself anyways." Chaney, the live-in girlfriend, said the little girl had been sleeping on an air mattress in the basement since February. According to court documents, she told police she believed the victim peed on herself to "keep people away" and "to make people not want" the victim. Chaney also said she made the little girl go to the bathroom outside because she claimed she got a yeast infection from using the same toilet as the little girl. [...] Phillips told police he only bathes the girl "every five days or so" and that he doesn't think she likes to bathe because of past sexual assault and physical abuse that took place in the shower. He said he determines when to bathe her based on how bad she smells. According to court documents, Phillips also told police he didn't wash the little girl's clothing regularly because he doesn't own a functioning washing machine. Chaney was able to tell police when was the last time her son saw a pediatrician and who the doctor was, but she couldn't remember the last time the little girl was taken to see a doctor. When police inspected the house, they reported finding the main floor in a very clean, tidy and well-lit condition. When police entered Chaney's son's room, they found his clothes clean and neatly folded. Deputies noted that the basement was partially covered in carpet, saturated in dirt, was lit by only a single light bulb, had several exposed wires and overflowing sewage.

Man Threatens to Blow Up Synagogue Because There Are No White Jewish People

Dante Phearse done last his damn mind. The 32-year-old from Houston is behind bars and charged with three counts of making a terroristic threats after he made a surprising phone call to Beth Israel Jewish Synagogue last month. According to police, Dante told the person on the other end of the phone call there were no white Jewish people, only black Jewish people, and said he was going to blow up the temple. He then called back and said that Jewish people were oppressing the black man and threatened to rape their women and children. Say what, now?

Teen Gets Suspended For Writing Racist Sign, His Mother Says Everyone is Overreacting

While driving behind a school bus in Hunsterville, NC, recently Erica Mitchell saw a sign that read "Every N-word shall perish" pressed up against the window, so she took a photo and followed the bus to alert the driver. Four teenage boys were suspended, including Karen O'Neill's 15-year-old son, Griffin, who wrote the sign. She claims her son is not racist and the school is overreacting because the N-word is plentiful "in rap music, movies and on Twitter" therefore it's OK for her son to use it. Yup, she's for real.

Lady Sues NFLer LeSean McCoy For Assault

An unnamed groupie going by the pseudonym "Mary Roe" has slapped Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy, 24, and his bodyguard for assault then leaving her for dead on the New Jersey Turnpike.

"Mary Roe" sued McCoy, his John Doe bodyguard aka Big John, and Premier Luxury Rentals, in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Roe claims she was one of 15 young women who accompanied McCoy, his bodyguard and three other men on a bus trip from Philadelphia to a nightclub in New York City on Dec. 18, 2012. Roe, who claims she was invited to the party by McCoy's publicist, says the plan was to ride to the nightclub in a bus rented from Premier Luxury Rentals, and return in the early of Dec. 19, 2012. During the ride home, "McCoy and some of the male guests began to spray the female guests, including the plaintiff, with water," the complaint states. It continues: "When plaintiff protested, McCoy directed Big John to 'get her.' Big John and/or McCoy then struck plaintiff in the face, causing her to fall to the ground, physically restrained her while she was lying on the ground, poured a beverage onto her hair, clothes, and body, and forcibly dragged and pushed her. McCoy ordered the driver to stop on the side of the highway, and after the driver did so, both Big John and McCoy then forcibly ejected plaintiff from the bus. "After some of the guests complained about the ejection of plaintiff from the bus, Big John and McCoy forcibly placed her back into the bus and pushed her into a seat. When the bus stopped at a service area ... plaintiff told McCoy the she had called the police. The party bus resumed its trip, leaving the plaintiff stranded at the rest stop. After reporting the assault to New Jersey State police, plaintiff needed to take two trains back to Philadelphia." Roe seeks more than $50,000 in compensatory damages and punitive damages for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence.

Weeks after this alleged assault, LeSean went off on his baby mama named Steph on Twitter then claimed his account was hacked. (He later admitted it wasn't hacked.) The exchanges between the two were disgusting. Here's the gist: He claims she's easy, broke and lied about being on birth control so she can have a baby with him. She claims he has herpes and has a small penis. He went to the doctor and got the latter fixed, apparently.

Man Jailed For Splashing Off on Unsuspecting Bus Riders

Jared Weston Walter ought to be banned from public buses. Back in 2009, the 26-year-old was arrested for cutting the hair of women riding the TriMet bus in Portland, Oregon, and putting superglue on their heads. (He was only convicted of tampering with a witness and was sentenced to 13 months in prison and two years of post-prison supervision.) Now this week, he's upped his creep factor. On Monday, a female bus passenger told transit officers she was riding the bus downtown when Jared, who was sitting behind her, ejaculated on the back of her head. Police collected DNA samples and linked him to two similar incidents. Police believe there are more victims. Jared remains jailed on 11 counts, including sex abuse, interfering with public transportation, harassment, disorderly conduct and public indecency.
