Man Busted For Secretly Cutting Women's Hair on City Buses

Female bus drivers in Portland, Ore. you can let your hair hang loose again. Police has arrested and charged the 22-year-old man responsible for a string of "hair-cutting incidents" that occurred during the six weeks, according to The Oregonian.

In the latest incident, that took place last week, Jared Weston Walter was sitting behind a woman on a bus. On-board video surveillance showed him cutting large chunks of the woman's hair with a pair of scissors.

The woman didn't realize her hair was gone until she got off the bus. Jared, who also decided to get off at the same stop, was chased down by cops and taken into custody.

Yesterday he pleaded not guilty to the charges: third-degree robbery, interfering with public transit, second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment. (The cops are going hard!)

Jared is a major piece of work. According to the paper, he has been convicted in Texas of burglary with intent to commit a sex crime and he has an outstanding warrant on an assault charge in King County, Wash., in connection with a hair-gluing incident.
