Police in Cheyenne, Wyoming are looking for the gentleman and lady seen in surveillance video stealing just over 1,000 pairs of panties from a JCPenney department store on Wednesday. According to police, the couple was seen leaving the store with a large plastic bag from Dillard's with about 800 pairs of Ambrielle underwear and about 200 pairs of Flirtitude underwear inside. The panties are valued at $9,153.
