Dame Dash Has 'Refused' To Send Son to School, Mother Alleges 'Educational Neglect'

By now you've seen the photos of Dame Dash and his son Damon "Boogie" Dash Jr. partying it up at NYC's Plumm nightclub on New Year's Eve. Boogie was the DJ for the night and Dame looked on like a proud father.

Cut to today: Damon Dash's his ex-girlfriend, Linda Williams, is LIVID because their 17-year-old shouldn't be in a nightclub (it's illegal) and moreover, Dame has "refused" to enroll him in high school.

WTF!!!

Boogie, who had lived with Dash in Manhattan since he was 8, moved to Long Island with his mother last summer, leaving the Upper West Side's Dwight School to enroll in a school that fielded a football team. But last month, Boogie went back to live with Dash, and Williams now says his father "refuses to enroll him back in school."

"Out of the blue, my son tells me he wants to live with his father," Williams tells the Post. "He left here Dec. 2 and hasn't been in school since," se says.

Instead, Boogie is parlaying in a nightclub where alcohol, no doubt, was flowing. No one under 21 should be admitted in that sort of establishment, here in NYC. Did we mention porn star Heather Hunter was there, too? (She's the one in the purple dress.)

"A child should not be in an adult club that serves alcohol," Linda says. "Did anyone even check my son's ID? His father should stop trying to make a dollar off of him and get him back into high school."

Williams took Dash to court on Dec. 18, charging educational neglect. The next court date is next week.

"I'm happy for my son that he is pursuing [deejaying] but not at the expense of school," Williams said.

Both Dash and a lawyer for Dash Jr. had no comment.

A source says Dame was looking for a school and Boogie will return to school today.

Riiiiiggghhhht.

Linda has appeared a lil crazy in the past with the things she have alleged (like Boogie not having heat or hot water in his bedroom at Dame's estate!) during this on-going battle for child support/custody. But a child needs to be in school.
