We swear: We are not making this up.On Saturday, Pittsburgh Steelers kicker Jeff Reed was cited with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after throwing a tantrum over an empty paper towel machine.
According to reports, Reed went in to the men's restroom at Sheetz on U.S. Route 22 in New Alexandria, Penn. shortly before 3 a.m.
After discovering that the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom was empty, Reed "started loudly banging from inside the bathroom", according to police. In the process of his banging, he damaged the towel dispenser.
Upon leaving the restroom, Reed cussed out the store's employee and continued to do so while idling in the parking lot. Cops soon arrived and took him to jail.
